My focus: non-Japanese professionals in Japan

My, and Posse Nippon’s, project is to provide entrepreneurial assistance for non-Japanese people, as I mentioned before, and this is why I write blog posts in English, which is not my mother tongue. We provide services both in English and Japanese. The project is relatively new and I might talk about the history behind it sometime later.

In other words, the focus is on those who try to forge ahead in their lives as professionals here in Japan. In particular, we’d like to assist those who do, or at least think of doing, business here. I’d like to help freelancing non-Japanese professionals run shops, corporations, or side businesses by providing them with assistance, relevant services, and necessary information to start and fuel their projects.

Future blog posts will include practical knowledge about doing business here. Feel free to contact us via Twitter DM if you have any questions or requests.

I understand that as a Japanese person, I am granted many advantages and opportunities in terms of working here in Japan. Some may say that things are not easy as I do. However, as an entrepreneur, I won’t stop doing whatever I can to help others, because I strongly believe that people should be able to work in more creative ways here in Japan, regardless of their background.

This attempt is, at least, a small step. I know one thing to be true: nothing will happen unless you take the first step, however small it may be.
